Loan Officer: Loan Officer (LO)
Takes a complete and thorough application. The application must be true and accurate.
Gathers paperwork – according to DO findings.
Locks loan
Communicates fully with the borrower and the processor.
You are not to process – you job is to sell loans.
You will be assisted on the road with the owner or sales manager at least once per quarter.
You will have access to the newest marketing available.
You will be given monthly sales training to help you sell more.
You will be given an advertising or "lead purchase" allowance per closed loan. This money can also go toward BNI, Rotary, etc...
Once a week the office support person will send a "Let's keep in touch" package to your unmotivated customers.
We mail to all customers quarterly. You print the labels and the support person does the rest.

You control the following area's of your Net Branch. You make 100% Commission minus the per closed loan fee.

Recruits and hires own staff
All office procedures, rent and utilities
Business Insurance Policy
State & Federal Audit compliance will handeled by the processor
Training (You can send them to Scarborough for training free of charge)
Processor - Use your own of use ours (She's wonderful and on top of everything all the time-she has a $400 fee per closed file)
